After that random doodle I did the other day, I thought it would be cool to make the fat guy into a vector. He’s not eating a baby, but instead he is looking like he’s about to hit a piñata or something.
I just came across this ad for Nolan’s Chedder and it’s fucking awesome.
I’ve been going insane trying to figure out how to do my portfolio for the site. What should I and shouldn’t I put in it, should it be a different design to the site, should I use flickr, I don’t really know. I’m thinking that i’m just going to make that ‘Portfolio’ button you see at the top of the website into a ‘Scrapbook’ and just link to my scrapbook category. It’d be easy, feature everything i’ve done and would be implemented into the site perfectly. I may end up changing it, but for now it’s all gravy so please excuse me while I dump some old stuff i’ve done just so it’s in this category.

Following the new design of this blog, I thought “Hey, why don’t I start fresh and delete all the old crap off this blog”. I read through loads of my posts, deleted some videos that were no longer being used and actually, I write a load of bollocks. Don’t get me wrong, it makes sense and stuff, but MAN, I talk a load of crap sometimes, so while I was hovering my cursor over the ‘Move to Trash’ button I decided against it. What’s a blog without posts right? …and they do make sense and are somewhat interesting so I just thought fuck it. I can delete them later if I want, or not.
What I do have to do though, is more image based content on this site. That’s where all the fun is at. No one wants to hear me just jabber away without a picture of a dog with a bear’s head and armadillo arms right?!
Next up… Sexy Susan Boyle.
After cutting up my girlfriend’s photoshop file of her new website design [charlottesaunders.co.uk], I’ve decided that i’m going to ditch this stock template I settled with a good few months ago and design from scratch a brand new shiny blog. I’ll use the theme that I come up with and apply it through my portfolio and landing page which should be fun, not sure how long the whole process will take – but i’ve got plenty of time. (unless I go down burning on the flight either to or from new york at the end of January!)
Oh, and btw, I’m going to New York at the end of January. Not looking forward to the flight though.
Anyone involved in Graphic Design, Web Design… any arts oriented or freelance work would have come across clients like these.
